I coordinated the Christian Leaders Program at Leadership Institute in Arlington, VA, overseeing both program operations and the creative execution of the initiative. In addition to managing logistics and supporting events, I led the design and production of all visual assets for the program, including print materials, apparel, social media graphics, and promotional posters. The work focused on creating a cohesive, modern visual identity that supported recruitment, engagement, and a professional on-site experience for students and young professionals participating in the program.
